Tim Coenraad began his professional basketball career in 2009 with the Wollongong Hawks, where he played as a small forward for over 13 seasons. His dedication and impact on the court earned him the title of the Hawks’ Most Valuable Player in 2015. Tim played more than 250 games for the club, becoming a respected figure both on and off the court.

Beyond his playing career, Tim has remained deeply involved in the basketball community through roles as Community Engagement Officer with the Illawarra Hawks (formerly the Wollongong Hawks) and Director of Rebound Academy, a youth wellness initiative focused on basketball development and mentoring. His commitment to nurturing young talent and promoting holistic wellness continues to shape the future of the sport in the Illawarra region.
