Nathan Strudwick is a Partner at Elders Real Estate Shailer Park and one of the most decorated agents in the Elders brand. A JPC alumnus from the Class of 2006, Nathan has built an exceptional career defined by results, integrity and a genuine passion for making a difference in people’s lives.

After completing a law and commerce degree at Bond University, Nathan found his true calling in real estate, joining Elders and quickly establishing himself as a standout performer. Over a decade in the industry, he was recognised as the number one agent within the Elders brand for eight of those ten years, and ranked as the seventh highest-performing real estate agent in Queensland across all brands – a testament to his dedication and people-first approach.

Nathan encouraged his wife and fellow JPC alumnus Keisha to join him at Elders, where they now operate as an inseparable and highly effective team, committed to growing the business while continuing to transform the lives of their clients. Together, they have also given back to JPC in meaningful ways, serving as significant donors to the Jukumbi Sports Precinct and the JPC Basketball program.
