From performing as Michael Bublé’s backup singer to becoming an award-winning independent singer-songwriter, Francesca de Valence continues to succeed in the music industry worldwide. With a heroic song catalogue of over 700 songs, 2023 saw Francesca co-writing with artists like Toni Childs, Aussie Bull sisters, Vika and Linda and Mark Sholtez.
In 2014, she founded the I Heart Songwriting Club, an internationally renowned thriving community with over 1,500 members from 24 countries that continues to inspire songwriters worldwide. Francesca’s innovative approach has helped thousands of aspiring and professional songwriters break through writer’s block, unleash their creativity, and connect with fellow songwriters from around the world. This has led to the creation of over 25,000 songs, including some written for feature films and nominated for ARIA Awards.
Based in Brisbane, Francesca has been featured in Songwriting Magazine UK, led songwriting workshops worldwide with industry organisations, and hosted the podcast The Magic of Songwriting, which has over 17,000 listeners.
In addition to her role at I Heart Songwriting Club, Francesca is a multi-award–winning songwriter and co-founder of the Whitsundays Songwriter Festival.
