Linda Allen is a celebrated Australian triple jump athlete and accomplished entrepreneur. A John Paul College graduate, she set the Under 20 national record in women’s triple jump in 2006 and has since claimed four Australian titles across multiple age categories. Linda represented Australia at the 2014 Glasgow Commonwealth Games, placing 5th in the women’s triple jump, and continues to inspire through her achievements.

Straight out of school, she founded Linda Allen Fitness, successfully franchising 11 personal training studios across Queensland and South Australia before the age of 21. In 2010, she launched QuickFit Health Clubs, which now operates 12 boutique gyms across Victoria, Tasmania and Queensland. Linda’s passion for fitness and community drives QuickFit’s mission to deliver accessible, results-based training with local and expert support. Her vision continues to shape the health and wellness industry in Australia, empowering individuals to live healthier, more active lives.
