He has held key executive positions, including Managing Director Global Corporate Sales at Starwood Hotels and Resorts, Managing Director of Sales for the Western Division & Asia Pacific at American Airlines and Area Director of Sales & Distribution (Japan & Guam) at Marriott International. He now serves as General Manager – Strategic Aviation Development at Sydney Airport.

Shane is known for his ability to navigate complex, matrixed organisations, drive high-performance cultures and align commercial strategy with sustainability.
