Dennis Lin is an accomplished professional with over twenty years of practice across mergers and acquisitions (M&A) (financial and legal), taxation and corporate finance. His career boasts executive roles and achievements in the international business industry, including as Executive Chairman of Bubs Australia Limited and Co-Founder and Chairman of Cortina Capital. Dennis specialises in facilitating commercial transactions, M&A, and capital marketing activities between Chinese and Australian businesses, with a focus on agriculture and consumer goods.

Recently, Dennis co-founded TAKE Global, an advisory and project management firm, alongside his business partner Kristy Carr. With a focus on consumer goods, food and agribusiness, and decarbonisation sectors, TAKE Global utilises its expertise and extensive network to partner with founders and executives in achieving its aspirations.
