Georgia Ridler is a renowned sports psychologist in Australia who has helped numerous athletes overcome mental barriers and achieve their dreams. Her interest in psychology developed while studying for a Bachelor of Psychology at the University of Southern Queensland, which led her to pursue a master’s degree in sports psychology. She became one of only seven sports psychologists in Australia at the time and started her own business.

Georgia has worked with various sports teams, including the Australian women’s water polo team, the Australian Dolphins swimming team, and the Queensland Academy of Sport. Two Commonwealth Games, three World Championships and one Olympic Games later, Georgia is satisfied with team unity and the buy-in of athletes and coaches to her programmes that teach them how the body and brain respond to stress and primes them for high performance.

Georgia is known for her ability to relate to athletes and coaches on a human level and to practice what she preaches.
