International Women’s Day (IWD), celebrated globally on 8 March, honours the achievements of women while advocating for gender equality. The College marked this important occasion with its annual IWD Breakfast, bringing together students, staff and community members to connect and engage over tea and coffee. Our Year 11 students shared their reflections on the significance of IWD, followed by an inspiring address from JPC Alumna and current parent, Dr Yvonne Woo (Class of 1996), who reflected on her life lessons and personal journey.
It was a privilege to welcome Dr Woo as our guest speaker for the Term 1 International Women’s Day Breakfast. We sincerely thank her for sharing her story and for delivering such meaningful and inspiring messages to our guests.
